Job summary

RideNow Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Total Rewards Sr. Manager to lead the design, governance, and administration of compensation, benefits, and retirement programs for corporate and store populations.

You will work with HR, Finance, and executives to ensure programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with ERISA and public-company requirements while aligning to business performance. The role covers job architecture, pay structures, annual and long-term incentive plans, and

Qualifications

5+ years in total rewards, compensation, or benefits leadership.
Experience with equity/incentive plans (stock options, RSUs, SARs) and annual incentive design.
Experience in a publicly traded company environment with SEC/proxy exposure.

Responsibilities

Design and govern total rewards strategy for corporate, field leadership, and stores.
Develop job architecture, grading, and pay structures including geographic differentials.
Lead annual market pricing and salary-structure reviews using surveys and benchmarking.
Oversee health and welfare benefits and 401(k) plan management and vendor relationships.
Model and manage long-term incentive programs and equity ledger activities.
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and wage/hour laws across states.
