Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Seven+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration and payroll management, including M&A and vendor management.
• Experience managing, configuring, and maintaining HRIS platforms, including implementations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for multi-state payroll and benefits.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
• Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll policies and processing to ensure accurate, timely payments per laws.
• Manage health, wellness, leave, and voluntary benefit programs with compliance.
• Oversee HRIS platform, upgrades, integrations, and security improvements.
• Ensure compliance documentation and reporting for payroll and benefits.
• Lead and mentor team; set goals and service standards; drive process automation.
• Lead cross-functional projects in compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Foster continuous improvement and exceptional internal/external service.
• Prepare and manage the total rewards budget and variances.
