Liberty Latin America is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Specialist to manage day-to-day compensation and benefits programs across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

This hands-on role partners with People Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, brokers, carriers, and record keepers to ensure accurate data, governance, and timely processing of annual salary reviews and open enrollment. You will perform data analysis, maintain SOPs, monitor ERISA/ACA compliance, and support audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of Total Rewards experience with focus on benefits administration and exposure to compensation processes in US/Puerto Rico environments.

Responsabilités

• Administer day-to-day benefits portfolio (retirement/401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, disability, EAP).
• Resolve escalated benefit inquiries and coordinate with brokers and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for brokers, carriers, and recordkeepers on routine matters.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment and annual benefit cycles including data validation and post-enrollment reconciliation.
• Provide data, plan information, and support for CBA-related matters with Labor Relations.
• Coordinate retirement plan audits, testing, and governance activities with external advisors.
• Monitor compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, SINOT) and identify gaps for review.
• Maintain SOPs, control calendars, audit evidence and program records.
• Handle compensation actions (ASR, bonuses, promotions) and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare compensation analysis, market comparisons, and decision-support materials.
