Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Total Rewards Manager to design and drive compensation and benefits programs across a multi-state, hourly workforce. You will lead benchmarking, governance, and governance practices while partnering with Finance to balance cost with talent needs.

The role requires Eight+ years in total rewards, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership with market data and practical recommendations. This in-person role supports rapid workforce growth.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
• Experience supporting organizations undergoing growth and workforce scaling.
• Experience building or improving compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Benchmark compensation programs against market data and industry trends.
• Design scalable salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans.
• Partner with executives and Finance on investments and forecasting.
• Develop dashboards and analyses to inform workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws across states.
