Nuro is seeking a talented Total Rewards Manager to shape our compensation and benefits strategy. You will lead competitive, equitable and scalable reward programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across a fast-growing organization.

You will report to the Head of HR and drive salary structuring, performance-based rewards, equity planning, and benefits administration while ensuring regulatory compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in total rewards, compensation and benefits.
• Proven design and implementation of compensation programs.
• Regulatory/compliance knowledge with equity program experience.
• Experience with WorkDay, Market Pay or SAP HR.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement competitive total rewards programs.
• Develop salary structures and job leveling.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align rewards with business goals.
• Lead benchmarking to monitor market trends.
• Oversee benefits administration and vendor management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Drive communications and education on compensation and benefits.
• Manage the annual compensation review and equity planning.
