Job summary

NPR seeks a Director of Total Rewards to design and drive a comprehensive total rewards strategy across benefits, compensation, and retirement programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and external vendors to ensure compliant, data‑driven decision making and high‑touch execution.

The role requires deep expertise in compensation and benefits operations, strong systems knowledge across HRIS, and a track record of leading teams to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in benefits and compensation with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced HRIS experience with enterprise systems, UKG modules.
• Strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits and compensation strategy development and implementation.
• Oversee administration of benefits offerings and retirement plans.
• Manage HRIS partnerships, data integrity, and compliance reporting.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
