Job summary

Aspirion in Columbus, GA is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to lead comprehensive Total Rewards administration, including benefits, leave, and compensation. You will partner with People Partners, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to optimize programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will leverage market data, analytics, and best practices to inform recommendations, drive improvements, and enhance the teammate experience across Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive Total Rewards experience including benefits, 401(k), leave administration, ADA accommodations, compensation, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of benefits and leave programs and employment regulations (FMLA, ADA, PFL, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
• Proven experience administering high-volume leave and accommodation programs.
• Knowledge of compensation principles including market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, and annual compensation planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex benefits and leave concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Travel minimal.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of benefits administration across health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life, disability, wellness, and other programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert for benefits, wellness and 401(k).
• Coordinate with carriers/vendors to resolve eligibility, claims, and data issues.
• Ensure accurate benefits administration, invoicing, and HRIS data integrity.
• Support ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, nondiscrimination testing, audits, and compliance.
• Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, disability, parental leave) and coordinate with third-party admin.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claim administration and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support compensation programs including market pricing, job evaluations, and annual planning.
