Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Associate Partner in Total Rewards to help clients solve reward challenges through analytics and benchmarking. You will design and deliver employee-focused surveys, analyze results, and craft strategies across governance and M&A related activities.

The role offers virtual work in the US with a preference for Northeast or Chicagoland, and eligibility for an annual bonus. Strong collaboration with subject-matter experts across the firm is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in rewards-related business challenges including attracting, engaging and retaining employees.
• Expertise in designing and delivering employee-focused reward surveys.
• Ability to analyze survey results and identify rewards strategies.
• Ability to use metrics to assess reward program effectiveness.
• Capability to sell rewards consulting engagements and win business.
• Ability to collaborate with experts across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve rewards-related business challenges for clients.
