Job summary

Rincon Consultants is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead and advance our compensation programs, including market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, pay equity, and compensation planning. You’ll advise leaders on pay decisions and partner with executives to align programs with Rincon’s growth.

This role supports a hybrid work model with proximity to California offices, and you’ll oversee benefits strategy in collaboration with HR partners, brokers, and vendors to ensure

Qualifications

Compensation is your core area of expertise.
Experience with market pricing, salary structures, and pay equity.
Ability to translate market data into practical recommendations for leaders.
Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation strategy, market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive positioning.
Manage salary structures, job architecture, and pay practices.
Lead pay equity analyses and annual/off-cycle planning.
Advise executives and leaders on compensation decisions.
Develop compensation analytics and models to support business decisions.
Oversee benefits strategy and vendor partnerships.
