Job summary

DEKRA North America, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design, administer, and communicate compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. You will combine analytical work with hands-on employee support to ensure rewards are competitive, equitable, compliant, and sustainable.

You’ll lead market pricing, annual salary review cycles, and maintain salary structures while supporting open enrollment and data-driven decisions across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, and modeling).
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment and benefits regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex topics simply.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and business mindset with ability to translate data into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and communicate compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using salary survey data.
• Own the annual salary review, bonus, and merit cycles, including modeling and guidance.
• Maintain job architectures and salary structures.
• Review offers and internal equity to keep pay decisions consistent.
• Support pay equity analyses and pay transparency compliance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition on cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and digitalize Total Rewards processes.
