Job summary

DEKRA North America is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist in Atlanta, GA to design, administer, and communicate compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The role combines analytical work with hands-on employee support to ensure competitive and compliant total rewards offerings.

You will own annual salary reviews, modeling, and market pricing, maintain job architectures, support open enrollment, and ensure compliance across ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business/Finance
• 5–7 years in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets with lookups and pivots
• Knowledge of U.S. employment and benefits regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and communicate compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
• Conduct market pricing, data analysis, and program audits
• Support open enrollment, eligibility, and benefits questions
• Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on cross-functional projects
• Ensure ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA compliance and pay equity analyses
