Job summary

DEKRA North America is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist in Atlanta, GA for a hybrid, full‑time role. You will design and administer compensation, benefits and recognition programs, using market data and analytics to drive equitable, compliant pay decisions.

The position covers data analysis, open enrollment support, and benefits administration, with a focus on regional and global total rewards transformations. Requires 5–7 years in related fields and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Strong Excel/Sheets with lookups, pivots and modeling.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment and benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer and communicate compensation, benefits and recognition programs.
• Conduct market pricing, data analysis and program audits.
• Own annual salary review, bonus and merit cycles with modeling.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leaders; support cross-functional projects.
