Job summary

Suffolk Construction seeks a Total Rewards Specialist to administer relocation, compensation, and benefits documentation. You will partner with HR, payroll, finance, and vendors to ensure accurate processing of total rewards programs and related communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in total rewards, HR operations, compensation, benefits, relocation, payroll, or a related HR function.
• Experience supporting employee relocation programs, benefits administration, or benefits billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee relocation activities with HRBOs, TA, employees, relocation providers, and external vendors.
• Coordinate relocation-related payments, reimbursements, allowances, and vendor invoices.
• Partner with payroll, HR, finance, and vendors to resolve relocation-related issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute employee-facing letters and communications related to compensation, benefits, relocation, and other total rewards programs.
• Maintain templates, standard language, and process documentation to support consistent employee communications.
• Respond to employee and HR inquiries regarding total rewards documentation and provide follow-up.
• Assist with monthly benefits billing reconciliation and maintain supporting documentation.
• Research employee-level billing discrepancies and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Support benefits administration activities, including data audits, eligibility updates, and vendor file reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee compensation and benefits information.
• Assist with data audits, reporting, process improvements, and special projects across the Total Rewards function.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to support employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide support to total rewards team as needed
