Job summary

VERSANT Media in New York is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation, benefits, recognition, mobility, and other Total Rewards initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure timely execution, communications, and documentation, while seeking ways to simplify recurring work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years in HR, Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Operations.
• Interest in broad compensation & benefits experience.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compensation program timelines and communications.
• Support benefits programs, including financial wellbeing and health benefits.
• Assist with recognition programs and employee perks.
• Develop clear, employee-friendly communications and materials.
• Maintain Total Rewards calendar and project plans.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
