Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH, seeks a Total Rewards Specialist to support Compensation, Benefits and Retirement with project work and daily tasks. You will assist in maintaining HRIS data accuracy, generate reports, and help communicate Total Rewards programs to internal customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent) and 3+ years in employee benefits or retirement, with CBP/CEBS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CBP or CEBS certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years of employee benefits and/or retirement experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Total Rewards operations and ongoing projects.
• Maintain Total Rewards intranet sites for Retirement, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Coordinate communications and educational sessions related to Total Rewards.
• Conduct audits in the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Run standard reports for Total Rewards, HR, and leaders.
• Assist in evaluating new programs and vendor offerings.
• Support Bereavement Committee activities for affected employees.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field or equivalent experience

CBP or CEBS certification preferred
