• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PHR/SPHR or HR certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation and tactical support on staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Counsel employees and management on employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching and discipline).
• Collaborate with management to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Assist with restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Coordinate termination processes, wage payout, benefits, and unemployment hearings as needed.
