Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a highly organized Total Rewards Benefits Specialist to administer US, Canada and LatAm benefits, with potential to expand to compensation, recognition and leave programs. You will ensure data integrity and partner with vendors to deliver accurate benefits services.

You will manage benefits data, respond to inquiries via ServiceNow, support open enrollment, audits and reporting, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in HR administration with a focus on total rewards.
• Strong knowledge of Total Rewards systems, regulations, and practices.
• Experience with HRIS/data management systems (Oracle, ADP) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day benefits programs for U.S., Canada and LatAm.
• Provide primary support for ServiceNow inquiries and timely responses.
• Maintain accurate employee records for benefits enrollment and eligibility.
• Process weekly benefits invoices; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate benefit payments, deductions, and contributions.
• Contribute to annual Open Enrollment; participate in meetings and data/content delivery; oversee file exchange and testing.
• Draft and review employee communications; provide Leave of Absence support.
• Input data feeding payroll and downstream systems; perform data corrections.
• Manage data errors across systems and communicate resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external providers for outsourced health and welfare benefits administration.
• Be primary point of contact for benefits inquiries and cross-functional collaboration with Total Rewards vendors; resolve claim issues.
• Work with HRBP, Payroll and HR Operations; support audits and reporting; identify process improvements.
