Job summary

Dechert LLP is seeking a Total Rewards Coordinator in New York, NY to manage day-to-day coordination of compensation and benefits programs. You will apply specialized knowledge of total rewards, support the team, and handle routine issues with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS/benefits administration systems and MS Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables).
• Ability to interpret policies and explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of employee benefit plans (health, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, FSA, EAP).
• Administer defined contribution and defined benefit plans; support retirement plan regulation understanding (ERISA).
• Coordinate benefit enrollment, changes, terminations, leaves (FMLA/ADA); ensure data integrity.
