DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. in New York, NY seeks a Manager or Senior Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations to lead compensation, benefits, and HR operations that drive a high-performing organization.

The role requires 6–10+ years in Human Capital with deep Total Rewards expertise and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills. You will shape reward programs, oversee payroll and HRIS, and collaborate with Finance and Talent teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive Human Capital experience with significant expertise in Total Rewards.
• Experience in high-performing, talent-centric organizations with differentiated compensation, performance management, and talent development.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex Total Rewards and People Operations initiatives with sound judgment and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, leave administration, and applicable federal and state employment laws.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, retirement plans, and vendor management.
• Partner with Human Capital leadership on annual compensation, performance, promotion, and talent review processes.
• Own DESRI's HRIS (Rippling), ensuring data integrity, reporting, workflow optimization, process automation, and system enhancements.
• Partner with Finance to oversee payroll from a Human Capital perspective, improving payroll processes and controls.
• Oversee leave administration, immigration, and regulatory compliance while delivering a thoughtful employee experience.
• Develop and improve Human Capital policies, processes, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
• Build partnerships across Human Capital, Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders to deliver high-quality support.
