Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee Total Rewards for a mission‑driven healthcare organization in Novato, CA. This on‑site, full‑time role focuses on compensation structures, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and vendor management with strong compliance.

The candidate will own both compensation and benefits, lead annual salary reviews, and partner with Finance and HR to deliver data‑driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in Total Rewards, compensation and/or benefits.
• Experience owning both compensation and benefits responsibilities.
• Strong compensation benchmarking and market pricing experience.
• Experience with job architecture and compensation analysis.
• Hands-on benefits administration experience.
• Proficient Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience using an HRIS (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain salary ranges, compensation structures, job levels and architecture.
• Perform market research, salary surveys, benchmarking, and analysis.
• Lead annual salary reviews and compensation adjustments.
• Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on budgeting and offers.
• Produce workforce analytics and leadership dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations across programs.
