Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager in Novato, CA to oversee Total Rewards, including compensation structuring, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration. The role emphasizes data-driven analyses, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and HR leadership.

You will develop salary ranges, maintain job architecture, monitor compliance, and drive workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in Total Rewards, compensation, or benefits.
• Experience owning both compensation and benefits responsibilities.
• Proven salary range development and structure design.
• Strong benchmarking and market pricing experience.
• Experience with job architecture and compensation analysis.
• Hands-on benefits administration experience.
• Experience managing brokers, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• HRIS knowledge and regulatory compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Total Rewards programs.
• Develop and maintain salary ranges, structures, job levels, and architecture.
• Conduct market research, salary surveys, benchmarking, and analyses.
• Support internal equity and competitive pay practices with data-driven analysis.
• Lead annual salary reviews and compensation adjustments.
• Collaborate with Finance and Talent Acquisition on planning and offers.
• Oversee employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate renewals, RFPs, and broker negotiations.
• Produce workforce reports and leadership dashboards.
