The Vertex Companies, Inc. is seeking a Global Benefits & Leaves Manager to oversee day-to-day management, compliance, and continuous improvement of global employee benefits and leave programs.

Partner with the Total Rewards Lead to execute strategy, provide data insights, and support decisions across Human Resources, Payroll, and external vendors. This role will manage one direct report and collaborate with brokers, carriers, and leave vendors to ensure effective, compliant programs and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' related experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• 8 years related experience with no degree and 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing health and welfare programs across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program effectiveness, trends, feedback, and utilization; provide insights and recommendations.
• Lead annual renewal process; data review, vendor coordination, analytics, and cost modeling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate filings and audits.
• Coordinate leave administration with vendors, HR teams, and leaders for timely, compliant processing.
• Lead enrollment planning with HRIS/Workday configuration and testing.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to support Total Rewards decisions.
• Maintain internal employee documentation including handbooks and pages.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and scale benefits across countries.
