Nidec is seeking a Manager of Total Rewards to lead benefits, leave, retirement, and compliance programs across the U.S. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliant, scalable operations and a positive employee experience.

The role requires steering governance, program governance, and continuous improvement while delivering accurate data and insights across HR systems and benefit platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in Total Rewards, benefits, or HR operations.
• Experience leading large benefits, leave, and retirement programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA.
