DigiKey Electronics is offering a Total Rewards internship within its HR team. As an Intern you will participate in various aspects of the department and complete a capstone project over the internship term.

You will gain exposure to compensation, market benchmarking, and rewards program design while developing data analysis, project management, and business communications skills under mentorship. The internship is hybrid or onsite, with housing provided in some bases.

• Support Total Rewards and HR initiatives through research and data validation.
• Maintain and organize compensation and rewards-related information and documentation.
• Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations that support business and HR decision-making.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and HR professionals on projects and priorities.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of total rewards practices and day-to-day department activities.
