Responsibilities

• Support Total Rewards and HR initiatives, including compensation and benefits data analysis.
• Assist in developing and communicating Total Rewards programs to employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development activities within the Early Talent Program.
