Job summary

DigiKey is seeking a Human Resources intern to join the Total Rewards team in Thief River Falls. You will participate in compensation research, data analysis, reporting, and project support while gaining hands‑on experience on real HR initiatives.

Housing is provided on campus for interns selecting Thief River Falls as their home base. This hybrid/onsite role offers mentorship from Total Rewards professionals and pays undergraduate base rates of $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, business, finance, data analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Total Rewards and HR initiatives through research and data validation.
• Assist with maintaining compensation and rewards information and documentation.
• Develop reports and presentations to support decision-making.
• Participate in projects and collaborate with Total Rewards and HR professionals.
• Gain exposure to job evaluation, market benchmarking, and rewards program design.
