Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a BA/BS in HR, benefits, finance, health/wellbeing or related field.
• Interest in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compensation auditing and requests.
• Assist with compensation benchmarking and survey completion.
• Analyze total rewards data and develop reports for decision-making.
• Use project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
