Job summary

The position ensures compliance with federal and state HR regulations and engages in performance management, onboarding, and workforce planning, leveraging HRIS systems

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
• Experience in higher education or complex organizational settings preferred.
• Criminal background check required.
• Familiarity with HRIS and compensation/benefits tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards programs including compensation administration, benefits consultation, leave coordination, and wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Support communication strategies, data analysis, and program evaluation related to Total Rewards.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state HR laws and regulations.
• Engage in performance management, employee relations, onboarding, and workforce planning.
