Job summary

The Old Dominion Group is seeking an HR Benefits Manager to oversee the design, administration, and compliance of employee benefits and leave programs across a multi-state, multi-entity workforce. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership as the team grows.

You will work closely with the HR Director to develop programs, manage broker relationships, oversee enrollment, billing, and compliance under FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in benefits and leave administration.
• Knowledge of applicable benefits, leave, and accommodation laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage benefits programs across multiple entities, including health, wellness, 401(k), and leave benefits.
• Oversee enrollments, billing, COBRA, and vendor relationships; monitor plan renewals and cost analyses.
• Lead and develop the Benefits & Leave team as it grows; establish service standards.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and state laws; coordinate with Payroll/HRIS.
