Job summary

Indiana University Foundation (IUF) seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support Total Rewards, payroll, benefits, and leave administration within the HR & Culture team. You’ll help with FMLA, offboarding, executive support, calendar management, expense processing, and project coordination across Total Rewards and broader HR operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of administrative support experience.
• Experience in human resources preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Support Total Rewards, payroll and benefits processes as part of HR & Culture.
• Provide executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President of HR & Culture.
• Assist with leave administration, FMLA, onboarding/offboarding and HR operations.
• Coordinate team meetings, events, invoices and general HR administrative tasks.
