TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) seeks a Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and payroll for the entire workforce across all business units. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading compensation and benefits with payroll responsibility.
• Experience designing base pay structures, incentive plans, and job leveling.
• Strong knowledge of benefits design and applicable regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FLSA).

Aufgaben

• Architect and own TERREPOWER's job architecture and salary structures across all populations.
• Evaluate roles for leveling and FLSA classification; support offers and equity reviews.
• Lead market benchmarking and pay analysis; develop pay positioning and adjustments.
• Design and administer annual merit increases and short-term incentive plans; partner on cost modeling.
• Own total rewards budget and provide financial projections to leadership.
• Oversee benefits portfolio design, renewal through administration, and cost management.
• Lead US open enrollment end-to-end; coordinate communications and system configuration.
• Manage broker and vendor relationships; lead RFPs/renewals and term negotiations.
• Set payroll strategy and compliance direction for US and Canada; handle escalations.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FLSA and state pay laws.
• Own HRIS configuration for compensation, benefits, and payroll; build analytics for exec decisions.
• Develop total rewards communications and employee value propositions.
• Partner on M&A and integration of total rewards across entities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and ops leaders to align total rewards.
