S&B is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead the strategy, design, governance, and delivery of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs across a craft and professional workforce in an EPC environment.

You will partner with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, and executive leadership to drive high-quality reward decisions, ensure compliance, and optimize program performance while supporting a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 10+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits.
• Experience managing Compensation and/or Benefits teams.
• Experience supporting multi-state, project-based, or craft/professional workforces.
• Knowledge of job architecture, incentives, market pricing, and benefits strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the Total Rewards philosophy aligned with business strategy and financial objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks and decision standards for compensation and benefits.
• Escalation point for complex, high-risk Total Rewards decisions.
• Lead the Compensation COE including job architecture, leveling, and role frameworks across populations.
• Oversee market pricing, pay structures, and benchmarking for competitiveness and equity.
• Govern merit, bonuses, and incentive programs, including project-based and annual plans.
• Ensure Total Rewards programs are system-enabled (e.g., PeopleSoft) and auditable.
