Job summary

TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR for ~200 employees across corporate and manufacturing sites. You will own employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, compensation and benefits, and leave management, balancing floor presence with strategic programs.

Reporting to HR leadership, you’ll partner with operations to align workforce planning, governance, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Progressive generalist HR experience for 150+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliant practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and goals.
• Ensure HR policy compliance with laws and audits.
• Coordinate training, development, and succession planning.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and staffing context.
• Oversee onboarding and HR data in the HRIS; manage offboarding.
• Support reporting on turnover, metrics, and compliance.
