Job summary

CRB is seeking a Director, People Operations to lead HR Operations and Total Rewards, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will refine compensation and benefits programs, scale processes, and build a high-performing HR infrastructure to support growth.

In partnership with executives, you will shape a global Total Rewards strategy, oversee merit and bonus cycles, ensure compliance, and drive data analytics across the company while mentoring the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in human resources with a focus on total rewards and/or operations.
• Leadership experience in implementation and administration of total rewards and HR operational processes.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel with strong data analytics skill set.
• Track record of working cross-functionally and collaboratively at all levels.
• Compensation or benefits subject matter expert.
• Agile and high degree of initiative; effectively handles multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to juggle competing priorities during heavy total rewards cycles/processes.
• Able to quickly establish trust and credibility across human resources and the business.

Responsibilities

• Creating, administering, and evolving our Total Rewards strategy aligned with DEI.
• Direct the annual merit and bonus processes.
• Leading our HR Operations team focused on building tools and processes that scale and support people activities across the company.
• Partnering with the business leaders to drive recommendations for executive compensation and other analyses as requested by the Executive Leadership.
• Leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing direct reports; develop the Total Rewards acumen of the broader HR team.
• Staying up-to-date on currentbenefit & compensation-related legislation to ensure compliance with applicable employment-related federal and state statutory requirements.
• Benchmark activities across all areas of rewardsand operationsto elevate our understanding of our competitiveness globally and evolve it over time to meet the changing landscape of Total Rewards & Operations.
• Educating the organization, particularly our people managers, on topics related to Total Rewards.
• Assist in the implementation, rollout, and adoption of CRB’s HRIS system and vendor relationship, ensuring a high level of data integrity
• Oversee and manage HR compliance function including leading HR audits, documentation, and testing of key controls, and ensuring internal policies and processes support compliance requirements
• Advise and consult with the Human Capitol and Executive Compensation Board of Directors committees on matters related to Total Rewards.
