THE ONE GROUP Denver is seeking a Total Rewards professional to lead compensation and benefits programs. You will develop a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, analyze compensation data, and ensure competitive, compliant plans.

The role collaborates with leadership to align programs with company goals and manage enrollment processes. Responsibilities include audits of compensation and benefits, communicating policies, and staying current on applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience designing health and welfare benefit plans and managing third-party providers.
• Experience with compensation analyses, benchmarking, and job classifications.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Total Rewards strategy aligned with company goals.
• Analyze compensation data to classify jobs and determine salary.
• Administer employee insurance plans and liaise with brokers and carriers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and communicate policies to leadership.
