Dyson Institute seeks a strategic Total Rewards Lead to design and manage compensation, benefits, retirement, and recognition programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with expansion plans into Latin America. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure rewards support Dyson's global people strategy and enhance the employee experience.

You will lead a small regional team, drive governance and analytics, and partner with vendors to deliver excellent Total Rewards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience including compensation and benefits leadership.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of US compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and incentive design.

Responsabilités

• Develop Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Lead annual compensation cycle including salary reviews and bonus planning.
• Provide expert guidance on pay equity and market competitiveness.
• Oversee delivery of employee-facing Total Rewards services and ensure operational excellence.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure program compliance and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement in Total Rewards processes and reporting.
