• Strong analytical and financial acumen with excellent communication skills.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on compensation and benefits trends and opportunities.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive compensation practices.
