Job summary

OrthoCarolina is seeking a qualified Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation programs through market research, data analysis, and benchmarking. You will help implement and maintain compensation initiatives, and serve as a key resource for audits, reporting, and project execution across the organization.

The role requires strong proficiency in Excel, experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday preferred), and the ability to manage large data sets while ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of Benefits and/or Compensation experience.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday preferred) and multiple external benefit vendor reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain accurate compensation and benefit data in the HRIS system.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results.
• Support payroll activities and reconciliations.
• Assist with open enrollment and benefit projects.
