Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or other analytical role.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with market analysis and compensation benchmarking is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate data to make pay recommendations for hires, promotions, and pay adjustments.
• Conduct job analyses and market studies for positions across the organization.
• Support annual compensation review processes with reporting and insights to leadership.
• Assist in surveys of total rewards practices and collect required data.
• Audit employee record changes and resolve issues.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of Total Rewards programs.
• Administer various Total Rewards programs.
• Provide guidance on compensation programs to management.
• Perform data analysis for ad hoc compensation requests.
• Lead or support projects and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
