Job summary

Incode is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Total Rewards to own compensation, equity, benefits and rewards operations across the US, LATAM, and EMEA. You will build governance, frameworks and scalable processes, partnering with the CEO and Board on strategic pay decisions while leading a lean team to drive execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in compensation and total rewards, including multi-country scope.
• Experience leading compensation cycles, equity programs and benefits.
• Ability to build governance and data-driven pay decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward compensation philosophy, governance and pay mix by region.
• Lead job architecture, leveling, salary structures and career frameworks.
• Run annual compensation and performance-linked cycles end-to-end with Finance and Partners.
• Own the equity program: grants, vesting, education and board coordination.
• Partner with CEO, CBOO and Talent on executive compensation and packages.
• Set benefits strategy by region, manage brokers and leave policies.
• Design sales compensation plans and quota-based incentives with data.
• Lead rewards harmonization during M&A and integration.
• Build an AI-enabled Total Rewards function and manage data privacy guardrails.
• Lead and grow the Total Rewards team with scalable processes.
