Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the global compensation, equity, benefits, and compliance strategy. You will shape enterprise standards and scale delivery through automation and AI, partnering with executives and the Board.

The role requires deep Total Rewards expertise, strong leadership, and experience in multi-jurisdictional compliance. This is a hybrid, global opportunity with pathways to office locations in the US and abroad.

Competenze

12+ years of progressive HR experience with deep Total Rewards and Executive compensation expertise.
At least 7 years in senior/global leadership or equivalent scope.
Experience designing and operating enterprise compensation, equity and benefits programs.

Mansioni

Design and govern compensation, equity and benefits programs informed by benchmarking and cost modeling.
Partner with Executive Leadership to design executive compensation including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
Drive AI-enabled analytics to automate compensation analysis and surface pay equity insights.
Simplify total rewards operations, governance, and scalable support.
Own executive presentations and board materials on total rewards strategy and results.
Mentor and develop a high-performance Total Rewards team.
