Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, or HRIS.
• Bachelor’s/ higher education preferred or equivalent experience in HR is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state pay regulations and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS analytics and reporting.
• Assist with multi-state payroll processing using third-party systems.
• Provide day-to-day benefits support, including inquiries and open enrollment.
