Job summary

NFP is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to provide technical support for compensation engagements, develop analyses and reports, and deliver recommendations to clients. The role blends independent work with team collaboration and may operate from an office on a hybrid basis, ideally in CST or EST time zones.

The position emphasizes data-driven pay structure design, benchmarking, and deliverables such as decks, summary reports, and guides, with ongoing tracking of client milestones and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, human resources, business or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in compensation, data analysis, benefits, HR or related field.
• Desire to obtain CCP, SHRM-CP or related certification preferred.
• Consulting environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark and evaluate client roles and plan design aspects for market competitiveness using data sources.
• Prepare compensation observations, analyses, and recommendations for clients and prospects.
• Assist with client project management and organize client job descriptions and data.
• Create and update client deliverables and resources to support the practice.
• Investigate legislation and industry trends to inform compensation and total rewards practices.
