Qualifications

• 4+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred (e.g. Finance, Economics, Statistics).
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, scenario modelling and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support year-end compensation review data prep, validation, and budget scenarios.
• Perform data pulls and cross-checks for board/executive reporting.
• Assist with bonus plan design reviews and payout range modelling.
• Support Workday data uploads and equity grant validation.
