Qualifications

• 2+ years as a compensation analyst with both benefits and compensation experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation administration practices and HR principles.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support annual merit and variable pay programs, including system processing.
• Administer compensation programs and manage year-end pay processes.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze job descriptions.
