You will partner with executive leadership to design market-leading pay programs, analyze job architecture, and deliver advanced analytics that influence business decisions.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, translate data into clear recommendations, and design change-management plans to ensure adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• CCP certification preferred.
• Strong data analysis, modeling and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and influence skills with executive leadership.
• Experience in compensation program design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on compensation strategy.
• Lead job architecture, pay strategies and total rewards initiatives.
• Develop analytics dashboards and reports to measure program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines.
