Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, Economics (required).
• 5-7+ years of benefits with significant compensation experience.
• HR Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication to explain compensation concepts to non-HR audiences.
• Able to work independently and in a small team.
• Interest in expanding expertise in benefits and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and administer base pay, incentives, and other compensation programs.
• Conduct market pricing analyses and develop salary recommendations; maintain job evaluation methodology.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and compensation planning cycles; manage systems, data, analytics, and leadership support.
• Maintain salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture; provide consultative guidance to HRBPs and leaders.
• Support governance, audits, reporting, and compliance for compensation.
• Assist with benefits administration (health, welfare, retirement), vendor coordination, and compliance.
