Job summary

Conair is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support daily administration of U.S. leave programs and benefits operations, and to prepare consolidated Total Rewards reports across global populations.

The role partners with Payroll, HRIS, and managers to ensure accurate leave administration and benefits processing. Responsibilities include enhancing leave procedures, managing communications, and assisting with annual compensation processes, merit reviews, and data audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in HR, benefits, leave administration, Total Rewards, or HR ops.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivots, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. leave programs (FMLA, state/local leave, parental leave, disability).
• Support health and welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs; handle invoices and reconciliations.
• Consolidate compensation data into global reports; assist merit cycles and market data prep.
• Prepare basic analyses in Excel; validate and reconcile data with regional teams.
• Assist annual enrollment, data audits, HRIS data validation, and reporting templates.
• Escalate complex issues to Total Rewards; maintain procedures and trackers.
