Job summary
Curaleaf is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst in Stamford, CT. This role supports the administration and oversight of compensation and benefits programs to align with our total rewards strategy.
You will analyze salary and benefits data, perform market studies, and help ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include delivering compensation ranges, supporting annual merit and benefits enrollment, conducting external market analyses, and maintaining data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 2+ years in compensation/benefits or 4 years in HR with Total Rewards exposure.
- Experience with market pricing fundamentals and benefits benchmarking.
Responsibilities
- Provide compensation ranges for new requisitions and promotions.
- Evaluate salary and benefits data from promotions, offers, and organizational changes.
- Support Total Rewards leadership with annual merit, bonus, and benefits enrollment cycles.
- Conduct compensation and benefits studies, market analyses, internal equity, and FLSA classification.
- Analyze benefits plan utilization, costs, and trends to inform plan design changes.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation/benefits data in HR systems.
- Assist in delivering training and communications on new benefits offerings.
- Prepare reports, organizational charts, and cost analyses for leadership.
- Identify and participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate plan performance and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and related laws.
