AAA is seeking a Claims Total Loss Adjuster to manage the end‑to‑end processing of total loss auto claims under general supervision. The role requires evaluating vehicle damage, confirming total loss determinations, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliant documentation and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Claims Experience.
• Moderate MS Office proficiency required.
• Moderate communication skills (verbal, telephone, written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Independent Adjuster License travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of total loss claims, evaluating damage and determining settlements.
• Maintain accurate, compliant claim records and timely payments.
• Respond to inquiries from members, lienholders, body shops and vendors.
• Collaborate with team, assist other adjusters and support reporting and analysis.
• Utilize CCC One, ClaimsCenter, CSAToday and TLO to verify valuations and documents.
